If you find a service concern is throwing a wrench in the gears of your camping adventures, you will need to reach out to schedule a service appointment with one of our stores. If your RV is under manufacturer's warranty, the service will need to be provided by a location that is within that brand's service network. Any of our stores will be able to perform work for you if you are using an extended service contract.
Great American RV takes service work by scheduling appointments. There are several ways that you can request a service appointment. You can:

- Chat with us on our website
- Email the Customer Support Center at support@garv.net
- Call the Customer Support Center at 985-269-0364
- Call the Service Department of the store location where you would like to have the work performed
Please understand that this is a request for service and a Service Advisor will reach out to you directly by call or text to schedule the appointment with you. During busy times, you may not receive a call until the end of the day the request was made. It is always our Service Team's goal to provide you with the best available appointment date and time.
If your service concerns are not critical items, you may qualify to be scheduled for an appointment where you can wait for RV to be diagnosed and take it home the same day. In other cases, your schedule date will be a drop-off appointment where you will leave the RV at one of our locations to be placed in the service queue to be diagnosed as service bays and technicians become available.
