Why Should I Contact My Manufacturer? 

Many times the manufacturer of your RV can be a very valuable resource to you.  Most manufacturers have the ability to provide services like troubleshooting something that isn't working, replacing a lost or missing manual, or even assist you in finding a service center should you not be able to schedule with us.

RVs purchased as new will come with a manufacturer warranty.  Any work that is done on the RV within that warranty period must be authorized by the manufacturer. If you are having work done by an RV Dealer that is not an authorized dealer for your RV or a mobile service it is always advisable to contact the manufacturer prior to the work being done

What Do I Need When When I Contact My Manufacturer? 

To ensure that you receive the fastest service once you decide to reach out to your manufacturer you will need:

  • Your full VIN Number
  • A callback number where you are able to be reached should call volume be high
